The Turning Point: As a doctor, I wanted to bridge the gap between medicine and everyday lifestyle. I understood that small, consistent changes in nutrition, sleep, stress regulation, and daily routine can completely transform someone’s health.
That’s when I decided to create personalized coaching programs — combining medical knowledge with practical, science-backed lifestyle strategies.
