My Story

The Beginning: Hi, I’m Dr. Garima Diwan. During my MBBS journey, I realized that health isn’t just about treating diseases — it’s about preventing them and creating a life where you wake up every day feeling energetic, confident, and stress-free.

I saw so many people struggling with things that don’t always need a prescription — poor sleep, constant fatigue, weight fluctuations, stress-related issues, and even skin problems like acne. These daily struggles often get ignored, but they deeply affect confidence and overall wellbeing.

The Turning Point: As a doctor, I wanted to bridge the gap between medicine and everyday lifestyle. I understood that small, consistent changes in nutrition, sleep, stress regulation, and daily routine can completely transform someone’s health.

That’s when I decided to create personalized coaching programs — combining medical knowledge with practical, science-backed lifestyle strategies.

The Approach: I guide my clients through: Lab-based insights like HbA1c, vitamin levels, lipid profile Personalized diet plans (weight loss, muscle gain, skin-friendly nutrition, or balanced wellness) ,simple lifestyle shifts to improve sleep, stress, and energy ,sustainable routines that fit into real life — not quick fixes

The mission : I help men and women struggling with weight,fitness or skin concerns achieve their health goals and feel confident in their bodies by creating personalized diet plan and sustainable lifestyle strategies in a way that feels practical and supportive.
